{SB 13 - Bowling Balls}

We enjoyed a super yummy steak dinner at Coach and Four in Fort Walton beach

recommended by my Allie girl!  And then we went bowling at a older but very clean and nice bowling alley...we will have to remember that it was there for some out of the sun fun next trip!  It was regular bowling, and I took regular pics but my files got lost last night and I've been working to recover those precious vacation and Easter photos...sideways for now...I'll take it! 

Jaelyn won over all the first round!!  She was super excited!

{SB 13 - Day 2 Poolside}

We spent the rest of the day around the pool area.  The kiddos  (and DH oh if I only had the video of him jumping into the cold water, the higher than I have heard before yelp, and the quick ascent back out of the water and into the hot tub I would be rich video...) Ahem, that aside the kiddos enjoyed the cold pool for a bit before joining the dads in the hot tub where my brother was still recovering from the laughter of DH jumping into the pool.  We moved upstairs to the heated pool and spent a much longer time there.  I enjoyed it all, but never touched the water!  We ate lunch by on the deck and returned back down for the sun to peak out a couple of times!

 

{SB13 - Day 2 beach}

All were up early so that we could get our toes in the sand. Some of the funnest times this trip were spent hanging in the condo tho...the boys were big enough to run down to the free movie machine and we installed a new dvd and tv in the bunk area...they are growing up..sniff sniff.
We did make it down to the beach and enjoyed watching the kids run and hear them shriek in the cold ocean waves. It was windy and my fleece was welcome, but the sun felt warm! Like the first day, the waves were bigger than normal due to the red flag conditions. We stayed long enough to feel the sand in our toes and salt on our lips :}
