FALL HARVEST 2019

Our little garden continued to produce up to the last of October.
We enjoyed the tomatoes in salads and I froze a lot of zucchini.

Joe sent me this view.

I took a ride with my farmer, too.

Joe tried to lure our farmer home with our special recipe chicken legs.
We lost but they heated up later for him!

Gasp. These things always happen when mom isn't near!

Grandma drove the tractor and grain cart again.  Impressive to me!
Once harvest began this year, it was fast and furious.
The weather was dry and fields were ready all at once.
Moved from beans to corn and back again.  Thankful
for another pretty successful harvest despite a less than ideal planting season.
God has a way of providing when we trust in his provisions.

Our G and Q

These are FAVORITE days.
Graham and Quinn came to stay one Friday
and we made memories to treasure.
Graham had recently visited Cole at the farm he works at and when we
went outside he thought was convinced Cole was next door at this farm.
Precious.

Sharing Sam and Joe's toys.  They've stood the test of time and are favorites once again.
We took a long walk down the drive to see the cows across the road.
Graham walked all the way and pushed Quinn most of the way back

Stinker girl.  Love her.

Before school snuggles

Love a comparison photo - look how much Graham has grown.  Time is a thief!
Joe's boots.

Siblings.

Visiting our gold fish - last picture of him he died about 2 weeks after Graham's last visit.
He was 4 or 5 years old!

Fall Sports

Much of our fall was spent supporting our teens on
the tennis court.
Sam Joe and Drew played on the LMS tennis team
and we all were there to watch often.

Sam playing BR, he won his singles match.

Joe and Pax playing BR, they won as well.

Joe with a big fan.

Sam and another big fan.

Team and their coach Emily. Thankful for her time with the team.

We left one of the tennis matches and headed to the Hatchet house to watch Jaelyn play varsity volleyball, too.  She played well there, Joe and I were glad we made the trip.
