The squealing sprint

The squealing sprint happens at our house many times a week.

The boys beg to be let off at the end of the driveway

and run all the while being chased by the

crazy diving, honking, peeling out daddy who stays just 

far enough away to be safe but still put the fear in these boys.

If they did not squeal with delight like they do and stop

to taunt DH to come closer, I would not find it near as enjoyable..

Shortly after this pic, DH veered off course and followed them

into the yard where they thought they were safe

and the screams got louder and the flip flops were left behind 

in the landscaping

Haha look at that face.

It not the house that I love,

it is the LIFE that is lived here.

Judges Choice!

So, I had a blast on Saturday with my friends and coworkers!

We have a really fun team at WB, we decided to have fun at the summerfest parade.

We rode power scooters thru the parade.

It was a big hit and scored Judges Choice!

Sam and I followed the rowdy crew on scooters in the WB car.

And so I don't forget it was my first experience driving a vehicle that beeped

in reverse.  I drove the WB truck loaded with scooters.

I'm telling you, great times.

We also went out to dinner after the parade and then had fun at summerfest and enjoyed the fireworks

from Blake's house.  Love these gals.  They sure to make work a lot easier.

Epic Blanket Fort

Summer days are also for building Epic Blanket Forts.

I was pretty proud of their work on this one.

I can remember when they couldn't do it without me

Now they do it way better
