Blake and I started our day with a great walk/run, it was so hot and humid
that I'm pretty sure if we had been in the backyard we would have jumped in the pool
with our clothes on!
Tuesday was another great day by the pool.
We saw some folks we knew from good ol Indiana, The Ash's were making
build a bears just before we started!
Sam made Icee
and Joe made Leo. I'm not sure if Joe or Leo is cuter, seriously love him.
Spent a little time cooling off in the pool.
Joe got some airtime.
We laughed and laughed at his cannonball toss
DH wasn't able to get Sam quite as much air but the squeals were the same.
Chris came over and she and I went out by the ocean for a couple of hours,
just relaxing, feeling the ocean breeze. Then it was time for family pics
and when I saw my people coming across the bridge,
I got all excited!
We had an overcast night, pretty windy. But a lot of smiles,
sand, and family memories!

We all went to dinner here, it was yummo.
We got rained on on the way home Tuesday and it was rainy until the next day around one.
It was good timing really, we were ready for a break from the sun.
Wednesday, Blake and I found a local mall in Mary Esther, small but nice then we attempted
to join the others at the outlets. But everyone else in Destin that was there for vacation
also went to the outlets, ha! We ate lunch at Carrabas, split back up where some of
us went back to the house to relax and others braved the shopping crowds.
DH and the boys and I went and ordered new furniture for the condo
and made our annual trip to BAM (book a million) and relaxed the afternoon
around the house! I want to remember Sam and Drew reading together on the futon
for a couple of hours, it turned into giggles, then playing Uno with squeals, then wrestling.
And Cole and Joe taking a nap together, Dan reading his downloaded book from the laptop.
Will and Scott were watching tv napping. I read all afternoon by the bay!
When everyone was back, the sun was out and we were swimming in the pool and bay again
and we grilled burgers and hot dogs.
We had lots of night with the moonlight being magical like this.
