Sunday's birthday party brought an injury for Sam.
He hurt his ankle at Sky Zone,
by the time they got home he was calmed down but
when he told us he got worked up again.
It was very swollen and he wouldn't walk on it.
We called Uncle Will and he said he would take a look.
He wasn' t sure but he said it was bad enough for a boot either way
and wanted to xray it Monday morning.
I stopped at work and got Sam and boot and we borrowed the crutches from Will
He was feeling much more confident with the boot on Monday morning
as DH and Sam headed to get xrays.
They were back to school by 915 am, diagnosis severe sprain but NO BREAK.
For now we are in a boot, but no crutch is needed any longer.
In fact, when I picked him up from school today he tried to run to catch up with Joe.
He let me take one picture today as
we were headed out to school
He has really been working on his LEGO skills this week while he has been laid up.
