I did not realize it at the time but this would be our last band concert!
Joe did a great job on drums and gave band his best effort.
He just didn't love it and asked to try art for second semester instead.
It was the right decision as he ended up with the art award!
I appreciate our band, art and chorus program at Loogootee - for a small corp we certainly give some great opportunities to our kids to explore their talents. I preferred band as did Dan, but our boys both prefer art. I cannot complain, enjoy the projects they bring home.
