The boys have been asking about a garden.
Now our familes know how to all out garden,
but we decided to give a small raised bed a whirl.
We used treated 2x6 to create a 4ft x 8ft bed.
The boys thought it was huge.
Since I was the supervisor and the assistant, the pics are few!
We put a thick layer of cardboard to keep down weeds and keep it chemical free
And filled it with good ol Indiana field dirt
We raked and spread the dirt evenly
and then the hard part. We have to let it dry some
before we can plant according to DH>
So it was off to the swingset and making supper for mom
Oh the possibilites :}
