What a wonderful way to spend Labor Day weekend!
I travelled North to the Land of the Maple Leaf for a great weekend with
the girls from my college days at BU.
These girls were fun, loyal, lively then and nothing has changed!
I met up with Sarah and spent the night at her place and we headed north
with Angie and Andrea the next morning.
We stopped for lunch at University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
It was a beautiful campus and we will be looking for a Potbelly sandwich shop again soon!
This picture just makes me smile. Oh, how blessed I have been with these girls.

We crossed at Port Huron/Sarnia.
This was my first time crossing by car, the guard's black gloves were scary.
As soon as we arrived the conversation took off, as if we hadn't been apart.
Those years living together as sorority sisters at the Pi Beta Phi house came rushing back.
Marie and her husband Dan were amazing hosts the whole weekend. From home cooked meals, breakfast, beds we felt so welcome!
The Pi Phi composites came out and we all shared what we knew about our sisters that couldn't make it!
We stayed up late and then went to bed and began giggling again and everyone ended in our room for a long heartfelt conversation about life and the places we find ourselves.
