It was Joey D's turn to celebrate his birthday at school!
I teamed up with another mom who was sending cupcakes
and the school prefers a healthy option as well.
Joe loves fruit and I saw these critters that didn't need a spoon, plate etc.
Sam and I had a blast making them.
I took one extra step of cutting the sharp edge off the skewer.
21 second graders with a sharp weapon seemed like a bad idea.
Joe said they were a big hit.
