It's pretty important to document when we find time to cook a meal during harvest time!
I'm laughing now though at the bland color and carb load of this meal.
Oh well boys loved the chicken potatoes noodles and sweet tea.
Sweet Southern Indiana meal!
I was able to mow a couple times this fall.
Gorgeous fall days, such a warm fall we have had.
And a freshly mowed lawn with those neat lines does give you
a feeling of accomplishment!
Very thankful for the place that God allows us to call home.
And those large hickory trees that our property is full of...
And suspicious gift was left on my desk for Boss's Day - suspicious gift it was...
a silly office gag. But, quite honestly it made me laugh out loud and sits on my desk now
and reminds me of the silly group I am blessed to work with!
This is a very welcome message when it comes thru after weeks of a weary harvest!
And DH captured this picture...it said Grandpa Great was there to see the last of it go into the bins.
As the weather has turned cold, Grandpa Great's treks outside have become a little less frequent,
capturing this moment was extra special.
We packed our Operation Christmas Child Box and included
a special note and picture of each boy.
Prayers for the child that his box reaches that it shows them the Light of God.
Spent an afternoon reading outside reading with this guy.
We've been reading Wonder together and hope to watch the movie soon.
Blake stepped in and took Joe to the school's chili supper on a night when I had to work late.
So thankful for family to fill in the gaps - he had a fun night and loved his night with Blakey!
They skies were magnificent that night after a quick storm - we saw rainbows from work
and they sent me this picture.
Dan and Sam also played in a golf scramble a few Sunday's ago to benefit cousin Brittany.
They played with good friends Brian and Conner - have a feeling this is a photo we will cherish when these boys get a bit older!
