I happened to see these dollar swim rings and I knew they would make a perfect

I used a paper plate
I traced the top and bottom of a bowl and cut out for the eye and fan folded green paper
to make the arms and legs. SO SIMPLE and Joe could not believe his eyes when
I was done
I'll tell you so simple I did it out by the pool
