The RED room is no LONGER red!
It's been the red room since we moved here in 2007.
I had talked it over, you know the we need to do it...and I came home Wednesday night
to stuff moved out of the room.

to sort, he is done as of today. I DID NOT intervene
- let him choose and be responsible for what he keeps.
Eeks, that some of that stuff is still there, moving it back in as we can.
It's one of those projects that grows a bit - you know well now we need to do the trim
and the doors and we could paint the hinges on the doors because we've never liked the brass......
and and and - but it feels good to work together to accomplish it.

It's a gorgeous color, might use the other 1/2 gallon somewhere.
Favorite part of the project was watching this guy work.
He was not the most precise but he was very willing.
He worked hard trimming all the way around the room and
was a pro at climbing the 15 foot ladder and trimming the ceiling - thankful for that!
I got up this high, but then I couldn't go higher. Anyway I pitched in everyway I could.
