I spent today with this group.
It was fun.
It was enlightening.
and
a little bit exhausting.
Reis, Isaac, Sam, Drew, Luke and Koen
Some of them were able to come to IU camp last year
and they were excited to return and share the ropes with their friends.
They got right out on the Assembly Hall Court and
began shooting around.
Sam and Drew were assigned a team together Ohio State Buckeyes. Their coaches
were Dereck Elston and Peter Jurkin.
Sam was just about as tall as his coach. Coach Crean (background) was there
for the whole camp, it was fun to see all the players from the team
I was impressed at how much Sam had improved this year. He was much more confident
and showed some great skills!
Well, then there were the pushups for a loss on a drill...we're gonna need to work on those!

I am documenting all this now so that in years we don't forget.
Sam could not wipe the smile off his face all.day.long.

We went over to Cook Hall to play scrimmage games. The boys got to take the tunnel underneath, very cool for them. They walked with the players and asked Elston if he walked under here to games and he said he did.
