We had a very laid back fourth.
We enjoyed celebrating our day of freedom.
We are so thankful of the blessing of living in freedom.
The boys were ready for a party when we woke up.
We went out in jammies to decorate our place with patriotic stars!
Sam helped me make some mint raspberry lemonade.
We had a traditional cookout and were hoping for some sunshine.
But the day did not hold sun at all.
Special thoughts for E as he hurt his back and it looking toward procedures to fix it.
He kept is great smile all day though
Perty Miss Mo had to go work at BoMacs
Jaelyn was loving on Tiger Night Graber
Jack got to come too! He was after Tiger Night all day.
We sat on the porch and talked all afternoon.
Shared some dreams and funny stories,
it was nice no one had to rush off anywhere and
there was no sun to be had so we all just relaxed!
Jack was super crazy about this remote control gator.
We came inside and relaxed a bit before getting ready to go see more fireworks.
We saw an impressive show at my SIL's mom and dad's house. I tell you what, they were loud, they were close and they were bright! We were all keyed up when we left there~ I looked over at one point and Joe had a sparkler in his hand, my friend sitting next to me said, did they give him a torch?!!? It too was bright and big, haha!
Thankful for our relaxing fourth!
