Our summer adventure today was to discover some treasures
at West Boggs Park. It was a free activity sponsored by summer reading program and the park.
I got to spend the day with my two scientists.
They tried to convince grandma that they were going to
dig for dinosaur bones at Boggs
but she couldn't believe that there were bones so close to her house!
They were issues their dig kits, gloves, spoons and paint brushes
and were told to choose a dig site near a flag.
They would find fossils and shells like a real dig.
Then they set out to uncover their fossils.
Sam was very careful and precise. He said am I a real scientist.
Joe was ready to uncover the treasure, he dug fast a furious.
On our way home we talked more science about clouds, this one was our elephant, photo by Sam
Joe said he saw and upside down teddy bear? LOL Photo by Joe
