Jones Fest || Down to the Details

Our family has spent the last year planning this sweet couple's wedding!
They were engaged Aug 19, 2016 and chose Aug 19, 2017
as their big day!
Of course I was honored to be in the thick of bringing it all together!
The time spent planning with this girl who loved the details was fun
and I will cherish those moments forever.

Rewind back to that engagement day in 2016 - remembering our favorite photo
complete with a champagne heart.  Ethan planned it on their land
where their would live their life together - so sweet!

And shortly after, we were headed to her caterer's warehouse to pick out
our favorite items that we would use to decorate her dream day!

We used those lanterns to perfect our decor!
{tee, hee - look at that napkin on the left front plate, I'm dying
all obsessed on the details and that napkin is facing the wrong way}

And from the beginning I knew we could do her flowers!
In fact, she wanted to choose her bridesmaids dresses
based on her bouquets!  We chased flowers from Walmart, Dollar Tree and
Trees and Trends to get all her favorite shades!
We were addicted to pinterest and pinned to our favorite board
Collaborate and Listen
to incorporate all the needed details -
she liked this bouquet - we created something similar
 with her chosen colors!

And her was our 1st draft!
We called in the professional, Debbie T, to refine our work
for the big day!

It turned out very beautiful.
And we arranged table bouquets and Morgan said yes!
So we placed those front and center at her head table.
She loved these glass candle sticks, we used these at the end of the head table as well.
Seen on right of photo here.
We found these candle gems and they had sage green
and had never been used, so we knew they would be unique!
They were perfect for the tables, head tables and guest tables as well!
And mixed in were the fun days when she chose here special gown
one as if it were made for her.

My basement looked like this for a year.  Totally a mess, but great for creation.
There were bridesmaids bouquets, and boutonnieres and centerpieces to be made!
We loved this pinterest creation on the right and made our own version on the left.
And we liked it so we made 11 more!
Remember that storm we had in the spring, those sticks were put to great use!

And a rough draft of the pew bows - or decorations
because I can create but I CANNOT tie a bow.
And for the specail day.  Loved them.
There was the toss bouquet made of sunflowers because they are some of her favorites!
We created a couple items that we used at the shower and the wedding!
A vintage tool box for silverware and wedding programs...
There was planning and arranging the reception
And this DH helped Morgan and I finish this sewing table
that welcomed guests at the shower
And displayed the cake at the reception!
And there were days when an items on clearance was needed, so we picked it up!
We created more wood centerpieces...
We used a mix of silver and gold chargers and
burlap runners.
Her friend from work created the Wedding Mad Libs, they were cute!

More pinterest ideas - wreaths to welcome guests!
Our inspiration for the decorations behind the bride and groom...
Created from spray painted hula hoops and flowers we had on hand.
They turned out very good - and her mama was a champ getting them
hung for us!

They proved to be tricky in getting them straight! Ha.
Flowers ready for their wedding party!
