8th and 6th - Basketball Underway

Grr, these are all out of order - so thankful I'm not professional!

Joe's 6th grade school season is underway and they are doing great.
They have played some regular season games and an Evansville tourney.

Joe made this free throw in a tight game, great job Joe!

Grabbing the tip against Forrest Park in their season opener.

Sam and Drew with their fan club after their game with North East Dubois, both had
a good game this night. Blessed to have much family there, even Cole and Taylor came
and Aunt Polly!

Sam is really becoming strong with the ball.  Still doesn't go after contact but
he doesn't shy away from it either!

Looking older and stronger, they did very well against North Knox

Basketball is my favorite season!

Sunday Brunch with the Mr & Mrs

We had planned for family to come in for the wedding so we had Sunday Brunch planned.
The plans fell through but we had brunch anyway.  I was so blessed
by this day.  Everyone was able to come, including the newlyweds.
We laughed at them, they were the first to arrive.  They spent their first night
together at their new (rental) home, but they didn't even have shampoo to wash their hair.
I love new beginnings.  So much possibility.

Someone wished he could get a little attention!

Funny story from the day before when Joe helped me make breakfast casserole.
He had all eggs cracked and ready and he told me hey mom got the eggs
ready except I broke one oak...OAK??? Yes, mom, I broke the yellow oak.
Oh my, this super smart kiddo and his occasional lapse in vocab strikes again!

Ping pong tourney

Time well spent!

Mr. & Mrs. Cole Walker

Introducing Mr and Mrs Cole Walker

What a beautiful day Taylor and Cole had for their wedding.
It was so laid back and everything seemed to flow just perfectly.
I was blessed to me a little helper around the church with babies and a minor Mother of the Bride hair fix.
Enjoy some favorite pics from the day.
I played with Graham in the church nursery and I was able to rock him
to sleep for a needed nap.  I said, Would you like me to rock you and he shook his head yes
and never fought at all.  Be still my heart.  Made my afternoon!

Leading up to the wedding with dads as ushers and moms as guest  book,
this was my view in the nursery, sweet boys!

Look at my handsome boy with his fresh hair cut by dad.

Ms. MoneLee and her papaw - they are members of Taylor's family, blessed to know them!

Chris and Quinn - they both look so very beautiful

The reception looked amazing, I think they turned that M over
to make a W before it was time,ha!

Noah wore boots!

Mom's table made it's appearance
as a memory table. It was on it's very last leg.  Love that it worked out to be included in all
3 of Scott and Chris's kids weddings!

Morgan looked very beautiful and so did Walker!

With Uncle Cole, he speak so plain!

It was a beautiful day, a perfect start to a life together!
Many happy years to Taylor and Cole - we sure got lucky with this gal, she is a gem.
