We were able to sneak in celebrating all the moms for Mother's Day!
Saturday night we enjoyed some Odon Mexican as we call it.
We arrived just in time to get the last large table and enjoyed our dinner!
And we all headed back for a game of whiffle ball
with trees as the bases, and the rule run until the ball hits you for an out.
{while the rest of us swatted knats - it's the spring season of swatting knats in Indiana}
For posperity sakes, we rely on Buggins Vanilla spray or Absorbine Jr.,
the regular bug spray does not help at all!

The next day we had talked about heading to hike at Spring Mill or Brown County State Park
but the 90 plus degree forecast changed our minds and a simple cookout
sounded much better.
