20 years - Class of 1994

We've been back a week.
And it has probably taken me that long to recover, LOL.
I was blessed to spend a few days away with these gals.
These gals are the ones that I graduated high school with 20 years ago - Class of 1994.
But not only that, we started Kindergarten together 13 years before that.
These are the girlfriends that I have the most longest lasting memories with...
and even though we don't see each other every day or some of us very often at all..
all of those memories came flooding back and stories and laughs carried us through our time away.
We left behind lots of husbands and 16 kiddos and all the responsibilities of life to spend time relaxing and bonding, and that is just what we did.
Angie, Ashley, Andi, Shannon, Julie, Deidre, Valerie, Jill, and Karmon.

We drove thru the night on Wednesday after the kids were tucked into bed and arrived
at the condo as daylight was coming around...we tried to sleep for a bit
but the sun and surf were calling our name.

Six of us drove down and the other three flew in.
See these smiles? They were stuck on our faces all weekend long.
We relaxed the days away and showered in shifts
so that we could have dinner and dance the night away.

We did selfies

And I figured some would poop out while others lasted all night, but we all hung together till the wee hours of the night, after all we could really relax the next day away by the sea.
We got groceries at Walmart (and it was fun having other gals to put away)
We ate at Helenback, HarborBay Seafood, McGuires, and Floyds.
We danced at AJs, Howl at the Moon, The Swamp, and the souviner store (LOL).
We broke the pool rules and swam one morning, we giggled like school girls

Did I mention we spent much time by the ocean?

And cooled off in the pool.

There are 500 pics in all, so many memories.
As for now, I will bottle up the laughs and hang onto the amazing times
the feel of warm sunshine on my face  and being surrounded by lifelong friends.
These are the girls that you don't have to tell your story to,
the girls that already know because they were there.
