Sunday School Love!

Sam and Joe have both moved up to Junior Youth class at church.
But, I just wasn't ready to give up teaching Sunday School!
I enjoy pouring into these kids, following the lessons and finding ways to connect with them = there
is so much reward that comes from our discussions, the hugs and their
eagerness to learn.
I have 4th and 5th graders this year.  We've had fun with a couple projects!

Designing our giant paint brush on the wall - we made paper chains together.
Fun cooperation activity!

And working together to color our tape resist cross.
We hung it on our wall.

We made mini versions of the same thing for our pastors for appreciation month!

Indiana Views

On Day 5 *Thursday - we got up early to make it home for these views.
We didn't want to miss a tennis meet and we made it home just in time.
Both boys played good and were able to play their favorites.
Sam played singles and Joe played doubles.
They both won.

And a trip away always makes you realize you are certainly thankful for these
daily views (as well as the beach views).

We caught up with our favs, the boys were excited to have Balke and kiddos there!

Feel the love?

Thankful for the farm shop to check a tire issue on the van.

Enjoyed my first Friday Night Lights - High School Football Game - we went to watch
Shaylee's run club, she did great and we enjoyed the game!

Glad to be back home and soak up the Indiana Views.

Nineteenaversary || Day 4

Soaking up one last day and giving Thanks to our God
for all the moments that have lead up to
the celebration of our Nineteenth Anniversary.

"And over all these virtues put on love, which binds them all together in perfect unity."
Colossians 3:14

Got up early to enjoy a beautiful sunrise.

Prayed this over each of my boys.

We were chased out of the ocean by a large presence of jelly fish!

Walk at our favorite park on the bay after breakfast.

More bragging about breakfast from home, spoiled rotten!

Supper at Dewey Destins - always delicious.

Nineteenaversary || Day 3

By Day 3, we were finding unconventional ways to entertain ourselves.

Mid morning walks - be still my heart.

Without kids, I took an unreasonable about of pics of my toes, haha.

DH made us some new noodle floats, they work great and are super light to tote around!

A little pic showed up on our camera roll from back at home.
Joe was making sure we knew Grandma made him pancakes before school.

And after school cookies and milk.
Ahem, can't convince me that we were missed much.

This book.  We both read it and now Joe is enjoying it.
