The Friday of Break finally arrived and it came with a day full of...rain!
Ugh
The caves don't care much about rain!
So we headed to Marengo Cave to explore.
The boys and I really enjoy them and DH was tying up some loose ends on the farm and planned to meet us after lunch. Marengo was a big further than I remembered but worth it and we loved the cave.
The cave was expansive and magical in a way - our guide was very good and we were the only ones on our tour since we arrived right as they opened.
They fascinate me with the way they are made - such a different world than the Earth right above them!
