Looking back a couple months later, it is even easier to be thankful for the state run these Lion girls gave us. It was a pretty cool feeling to be gathered again to cheer on our niece for a state final, her second one in the same year!
Our fierce girls came up short in the state finals and finished as state runner ups.
Look at those scores....not one of them gave up without a fight!
And that niece of mine, look at the fight in her below.
There were some moments were things fell together! Loved those
But there were so heartbreaking ones as well, just one game short.
But, state runner ups - only one team gets to say that.
