We had a great time Saturday cheering on our Lion team to a regional victory!
Joe was "little" excited when we told him the Lions were going
to win the game with a few seconds to go!
After the sectional victory, he was upset on the way home because he didn't hug Conner.
He found him this time!

Sam waited under the basket a bit for a piece of net, he wasn't in a good spot for kids to see him. I wasn't sure he totally understood until he turned around with tears in his eyes...ought oh!
I explained to him all about how many people were here and that the players and big kids get the net, etc. Let's just say God sent a sweet angel...Austin Bradley (a senior team member) saw him crying and brought him a piece of net...so awesome. One of those serious, I know, small in the whole scheme of things, God moments!
He was very proud!
And thanks cousin Blake for getting Joe a piece from Mariah ( a cheerleader, thanks Mariah!)
Wow! What a night. The boys have really been into basketball this year.
They know a couple of the players and Sam is learning some of the rules and playing
himself a lot. Games in the 80s like this shaped our (dan and I) love of Loogootee Lion
Basketball! We're proud to show our support at Semi-State next week!
