The tiger baseball team earned their medals last week.
It was a big night for the boys.
This season was great for Sam because He:
moved up to Minor league
hit from pitching machine
learned how to catch (live and machine)
practiced pitching
played all the positions
made many friends
learned that he might stike out
but
that he should try again next time
learned that he should keep his mitt on the ground
because
if he doesn't, the ball will go under it
had his daddy for a coach
really enjoyed the game, looked forward to each one
chanted "Yip" with all his teammates during opponents bats
knew that the score was being kept and asked often
made us proud
earned a medal
