Mother's Day 2020 will surely rank up there VERY high in my Mother's Day memories.
It was a pretty but chilly spring day.
It was our first day back at church.
It was social distance style with every other pew marked off
no handshakes or Sunday school but we were back with our church family.
Then, DH went to pick up my favorite, Mike's Plate from Laundromat Mexican while
we returned home for a very relaxing day!
My boys willingly took turns taking pics so mom could get one with each of her boys.
M
They fill my heart with a greater joy than I could have known was possible.
I also received 2 very special gifts this Mother's Day.
Joe chose, prepared and routered a board from a tree cut down in our yard.
He stained the inside dark and finished the whole piece.
It is very special to me. I have the perfect place picked out.
And even though it was not a pool worthy day because it was super windy, you'll find me there.
Joe joined me in his Sunday afternoon best.
And back inside, I asked for a drawing of my Fiesta from this guy.
He did awesome and did NOT disappoint!
DH even took a crack at coloring a second version. Love that!
I am looking forward to framing it and placing it in the perfect spot.
