Grandma and Grandpa have an important anniversary on Dec 22.
This year they asked to celebrate with a family vacation at the condo.
We arrived on Tues and came home Sat
It was chilly Tues-Thurs
but it didn't stop these Indiana kids for trying out the waters

Joe tried out the pool water, the pool water that is chilly even when it is warm out.

We headed out to see the ocean, but it was windy and cold...can you tell?
It was still 20-30 degrees warmer than home but chilly for the beach.
The sand was cold too!
Joe my ever packing stuff into a bag and arranging it boy...love him and all the treasures he brought in the one bag I allowed him to bring. When I asked Sam if he wanted to bring a bag, he said...nah you've got my stuff right, mom?
Our first night was a super treat a the Japanese Hibachi Grill
We saw oooohhhhss and aaaaahhhs and laughs from all.
We saw Grandpa catch a shrimp, too.
Reaction to the fire
We certainly did not need it, but the HOT light was on so you know where we stopped.
The kids were fascinated by the process and were thrilled when their doughnut came right off the line
