We had a crazy true fan for the girls state game.
He (and his dad the barber) came up with shaved for state...oh my! I must admit I was not happy with the plan- he has the best hair lol and when I walked in the bathroom at it was gone ... I was super sad.
Of course I know it’s just hair but still...
At no point did he regret the decision even enjoyed a warm hat and said know he knows why uncle will wears them!
He made a joke to his pe teacher and head coach Mr Haywood about Baldie to baldie - he was living it up.
And then he asked to paint it - our quick trial run to check paint coverage left us with yamaka so we planned a larger scale for the next day.
On our morning trip to Indy we got to work and painted his head- and it turned out pretty darn good!
Several people thought it was a hat but it had started to melt after the excitement of a state game. Uncle Will thought it was pretty neat.
And this young cousin just wanted to grab it - he had paint all over his hands! Cool memory.
Proof it was all worth it!!
