Sunday after our Semi State Win they boys Sectional Draw
was posted - this is big news in a basketball town.
A *buy* is always a good sign - fast forward to today - we now face
Class 1A number 1 Barr Reeve tomorrow night - but if anyone
can compete it is the #4 ranked Loogootee Lions - we beat them in the season, their only loss.
I
For this week, though, it was Operation Move the Hay Bale.
That Whitfield Hay Bale moved from about 5 miles south of Loogootee
to 5 miles north of Loogootee - destination Bramble.
A second Hay Bale decked out with our favorite #4 was added.
The signs were re-positioned too so the girls would see them on their trips to Indy
thru the week.
And then the crew moved to WB to decorate the store front.
The semi state champ joined us too!
Found a few more pics of Semi State.
I'd say they've got her covered!
And somehow on the snowy cold day (after it had rained for 3 days) we finally tried to spray paint our lawn. It looked great in pics but wasn't easy to see from the road and then it was too windy to redo!
So we added more spirit inside!
The girls went up to practice at Banker's Life on Wednesday - very cool!
Emily and I representing on Blue Out spirit day at school - blue out day for state medals
We borrowed this Lion Sign!
Aunt Cindy and Renaee added the Lions Banner
Allison added the Balloons for the Mayor's State Decorating Contest.
We weren't the winners but we sure did give a big effort and everyone had fun.
